Registering
Residents of Southshore will begin by registering for access to any password protected pages. This link is at the top right of the website. This registration form will collect the person's name, email, address etc.
Once the user fills out and submits the registration form an administrator of the website will validate you are a resident of Southshore. This process can take up to 24 hours depending on when a resident submits their registration.
Once you are validated as a resident, you will receive an email with your username and password. The resident will then be able to edit their profile and access pages you have requested to be password protected.
Additional Accounts
To attend events, fitness classes, etc., residents are required to register for the event using the Event Registration feature. Each resident will be required to have a registered account.
To simplify the event registration process, one account can be deemed primary (Level 1). With Level 1 access you will have the ability to register anyone else on the account. All additional accounts will be either a Level 2 or Level 3.
A Level 2 or Level 3 resident has the ability to register for an event. Level 2 or Level 3 don't have the ability to register other residents.
Change Resident Level
If you would like to change the email address for the primary account, please submit a request through the Contact feature. Please allow up to 24 hours for your account to be updated.
Adding Additional Resident Accounts
A Primary or Level 1 resident has the ability to add additional residents to their account. To do so, the Primary or Level 1 resident needs to log into the website. Once logged in, select Your Profile located in the upper right hand corner. If you scroll down, you will see you can add Level 2 and Level 3 residents. We ask that you register adults (21+) as Level 2 and anyone under 21 as a Level 3. This will help the community when scheduling future events.
Event Registration for Multiple Residents
If there is an event that you will need to register multiple residents, log in using the email with the Primary or Level 1 access. In the event registration process, the Primary or Level 1 resident will have the opportunity to select any of the Level 2 and or Level 3 residents associated with their account.
