Monthly Assessment
The 2024 monthly assessment amount is $135. This is unchanged since 2014. Please note that with the recent Metro District service transition of the landscape, grounds and facilities maintenance, the Board of Directors and the Area Representatives have adopted a revised 2024 budget which reduces the assessment to $30 per month effective June 1, 2024.
Fees are due on the 1st of each month. If not paid by the 15th of each month, a $25 late fee plus 8% interest is assessed. Pre-payment is accepted.

Online Payment
To pay by eCheck or Credit Card you will need to log into the AMI website www.home.amihoa.com or Click Here. After successfully logging into the AMI website, go to Make a Payment then Online Payment, or Click Here after logging into AMI website. Once you accept the terms, the necessary information will automatically populate.
Account Balance
To view account balance, go to AMI's website www.home.amihoa.com or Click Here. Once logged in, residents can review their account statement by selecting Accounting Statement under My Account in the main menu.

New Construction Homes
If buying from a home builder, at closing you will pay a one-time working capital fee equal to two months of monthly assessments. These funds do not go towards your monthly assessments.
You will need to setup direct debit as soon as possible. You will owe for the prorated month you closed and for the next month.
