Each home is assessed a Monthly Assessment of $30 due on first of every month. Southshore has no history of special assessments and currently doesn't have any planned special assessment in the near future.
Southshore's HOA provides trash services, covenant enforcement, and design review along with Social Committee-planned community events.

Architectural Design Review and Residential Improvement Guidelines

Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions
Southshore HOA's CC&Rs are available upon request or once you move in buyers will have access through the resident portal to view and download our community's governing documents.
Public Records Request Policy
Any request for association documentation should be made to AMI. If you require a large amount of documentation fees may apply.
Transfer Fee
A transfer fee in the amount of $250 is charged for every new home sale and every resale.
