Realtors, Title Companies, and Prospective Home Buyers
Each home is assessed a Monthly Assessment of $135 due on first of every month. Southshore has no history of special assessments and currently doesn't have any planned special assessment in the near future. Southshore's HOA operates two community centers with meeting spaces, gyms and outdoor spaces. In addition, the HOA maintains the community's landscaping including the parks, trails and the ponds, provides trash services, covenant enforcement, and design review.
Homeowners may start the Design Review request process prior to closing (while under contract). Please review the Residential Improvement Guidelines. Contact AMI for questions regarding Design Review Requests and Covenant Enforcement, 720.633.9722 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Southshore HOA's CC&Rs are available upon request or once you move in buyers will have access through the resident portal to view and download our community's governing documents.
Any request for association documentation should be made to AMI. If you require a large amount of documentation fees may apply.
A transfer fee in the amount of $250 is charged for every new home sale and every resale.
